Primary responsibility of associates is to take charge of multiple ground teams to manage daily operations, maintain quality of sampling and monitor performance on the basis of the data collected. The survey team interacts closely with senior leadership of the firm as well as political leaders and other key stakeholders at a constituency, district, and state level with an objective of detecting the political pulse through a series of rigorous cycles of survey sourcing quantitative data that can be extrapolated to achieve accurate results.
