As a Channel Partner Sourcing Head, your responsibilities will include:


 

  • Guide team to identify and on-board new channel partners.
  • Develop strong channel partner network and guide team as well.
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
  • Manage the performance of existing partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
  • Guide team to collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions.
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing and incentives.
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.


 

Desired Candidate Profile:


 

  • Experienced in team handling role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Has good network of Real estate Channel Partners of Hyderabad Location.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Strong objection handling.
  • Ability to work independently and also lead a team.
  • A desire to learn and grow in Real Estate sector.


 

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of team handling experience for Team of Real Estate Channel Partner.


 

Industry Preference - Real Estate


 

Education: Graduation in any domain.
