About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to join our team and help build customized, efficient, and scalable solutions using the Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Desk, and more). You’ll play a key role in automating processes, integrating systems, and supporting business operations across departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and customize Zoho applications to fit evolving business needs
• Build and optimize workflows, automation, and custom functions using Deluge
• Integrate Zoho with third-party tools and internal systems via APIs
• Manage data across Zoho apps, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support
• Create dashboards and reports for actionable insights
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Provide user training and maintain documentation
• 
   

What You Bring:

• 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Desk, etc.)
• Proficiency in Deluge, JavaScript, HTML, and working with APIs
• Solid understanding of Zoho automation, functions, and integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, especially when working with non-technical users
• Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator) are a plus
• Bonus: Experience with other CRMs, project management tools, or cloud platforms
• 
   

Education:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field — or equivalent experience
