Job Title: Game Developer & Creative Ideator

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate creative game concepts for digital campaigns (e.g., virtual walkthroughs, quiz games, puzzles, mini-simulations)
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive games for web or mobile platforms
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure games align with brand messaging and campaign goals
• Integrate project highlights, property features, and lifestyle elements into game narratives
• Ensure high performance, usability, and cross-device compatibility of games
• Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback
• Keep up-to-date with gaming trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Interactive Media, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven experience in developing games using engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, Construct, or Phaser
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or HTML5
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, user experience, and interactive storytelling
• Creativity in translating non-gaming subjects into engaging digital formats
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, animation, and sound integration
• Portfolio of previous game projects or prototypes is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AR/VR, WebAR, or virtual walkthroughs
• Understanding of gamification in digital marketing
• Knowledge of cross-platform optimization and responsive design
