Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Admission Counsellors to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students or working professionals through our admission and counselling process for various career-advancing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand candidates’ career aspirations and suggest suitable programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission processes clearly.
- Convert leads into admissions through consultative selling.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for admissions and revenue.
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled candidates.
Who Can Apply
- Graduates from any stream (freshers can apply).
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, edtech, or customer handling is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational offs.
