๐ฏ Job Role: Sales & Marketing Manager
This is a full-time on-site role with travel-intensive responsibilities for a dynamic, growth-driven Sales & Marketing Manager. The candidate will lead B2B sales for:
- Reusable & disposable HDPE tarpaulins (various sizes & GSM)
- Industrial-grade ropes
- Reprocess dana (raw material) to rope and plastic manufacturers
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand B2B client base across India for all three product verticals.
- Pitch to dealers, distributors, transporters, warehousing companies, and project contractors.
- Create and implement product-wise sales strategy with clear revenue targets.
- Coordinate with factory and warehouse for order fulfillment, dispatch, and stock updates.
- Manage PAN India inquiries, tenders, and institutional sales (if applicable).
- Ensure branding, visibility, and local sales promotions in focus states.
- Regular travel for client meetings, dealer development, and product demos.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and report to Director.
๐งพ Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/MBA preferred with minimum 5 years of B2B/industrial product sales.
- Experience in tarpaulin/plastic/fabrication/logistics sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation & closing skills.
- Fluent in Hindi & English; regional language is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel 10โ15 days/month.
