We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for the APAC-ANZ region for our client, a US MNC into Medical Devices and Equipment manufacturing and Selling Company.
The place of work: Borivali, Mumbai
THE ROLE:
1. Manage the portfolio of ANZ customer AR Accounts, with primary emphasis on their timely collection
2. Contacts past due customers via phone, email, or letter to collect past due balances
3. Analyze the assigned portfolio to identify delinquent/past due or at-risk collection accounts.
4. Monitors credit holds and account status, and credit availability
5. Reconciles customer accounts.
6. As required, support other areas of the finance team by undertaking regular reporting, which includes, in part, Sales/Accounts receivable input.
THE CANDIDATE:
1. Any Degree with MBA
2. Business-to-business collections experience strongly preferred
3. Good written and Oral knowledge of business English
4. Knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly Excel) is preferred;
5. Oracle ERP system is a plus.
6. Previous work experience in supporting a similar role for the Australia and New Zealand region is a must.
7. Experience in supporting other APAC regions is an added advantage.
7. Must be able to work for the ANZ region, in the ANZ time zone
Abilities:
1 Strong communication skills, Proven ability to solve problems
2 Planning and Decision Making:
3 Employs customer credit hold within established guidelines.
4 Provides written recommendations for customer credit limits, with supporting evidence (i.e. credit report, payment history, and financial information) to management
5 Small balance write-offs within the adjustment authority
6 Negotiates payment installments to resolve delinquencies

The India Business is into Sales and Marketing of Medical Devices and Equipment across the South APAC region.
