About Cidroy:

Cidroy Infotech Pvt Ltd is a growing SaaS company offering digital solutions to streamline business operations. Our platform helps gym owners manage operations, memberships, and customer engagement effectively. We're looking for energetic and driven Sales Associates in Bangalore to support our field and inside sales efforts and help scale our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field sales visits to gyms and fitness centers within Bangalore.
  • Perform cold calling to generate leads and fix appointments.
  • Demonstrate product features through app demos to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners and decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with commissions on each successful sale
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily activities
  • Share on-ground feedback to help optimize sales strategy
  • Travel to different client locations as required (two-wheeler provided by the company; valid license is mandatory)

Requirements:

  • Graduate (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in field or SaaS sales (freshers with strong communication and drive may apply)
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in Kannada (speak, read, write)
  • Preferred: Fluency in Hindi and English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident in giving app-based demos
  • Willing to work in a target-driven sales role
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license is required
