Job Summary:
BluSERVE (An integrated Facilities Management Company) is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, operations, and management of our residential society's facilities at Puri, Odisha. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all amenities and services, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance staff and vendors
- Oversee facility operations, including security, housekeeping, and landscaping
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
- Handle resident queries and concerns
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management
- Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BE/Diploma in Electrical or retired Defence administrative personnel preferred
