💡 Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Feet On Street (FOS) to support our field-level customer outreach, loan processing, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-friendly, and comfortable with fieldwork and technology platforms.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential customers for KCC, PMMY, SME loans, and other financial products

Conduct field visits to collect documents, verify customer credentials, and support loan applications

Coordinate with branches, relationship officers, and back-office teams for smooth processing

Maintain daily activity and lead follow-up reports

Educate customers about digital banking and financial inclusion schemes

Meet assigned monthly targets for leads and conversions

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: Graduation (preferred)

Experience in field sales, loan sourcing, or customer service is an advantage

Good communication skills in local language and basic English

Basic smartphone handling and app usage required

Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Monthly CTC: ₹19,500 (Includes PF & ESI)

Fuel Reimbursement: ₹200 per working day (up to ₹5,000 approx/month)

Mobile Internet Reimbursement: ₹300/month

Performance-Based Incentives applicable as per company policy

ESI and PF benefits as per government norms
