🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Client Servicing Executive

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for brand building and client relationship management? We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage key accounts, drive project execution, and build long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and proactive communication
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate across creative, strategy, digital, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Prepare and present client reports, project timelines, and post-campaign analyses
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely issue resolution and ongoing support
- Foster upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support retention efforts
- Actively participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person) and represent the agency professionally
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within an advertising or branding agency
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on timelines, quality control, and client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling real estate, financial services, or fashion/lifestyle brands
- Understanding of creative workflows, billing milestones, and execution monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
