Key Responsibilities

On-field Sales Outreach: Meet working professionals across corporates,

business hubs, and commercial areas to promote our MBA programs.

Lead Generation Follow-ups: Identify and engage with career-driven

individuals seeking professional growth.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with HRs, team leads,

and managers to explore upskilling needs.

Market Intelligence: Gather insights from working professionals about industry

trends and skill demands.

Cold Calling Meetings: Reach out to potential learners via phone, followed by

in-person meetings to close enrollments.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)

Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the city

Strong communication, networking, and convincing skills

High motivation to meet targets and work independently

Experience in B2C or corporate sales, preferably in EdTech or training industries
