💼 Job Title: Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) Consultant

📍 Location: Remote

🧩 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CGC (Consumer Goods Cloud) Consultant/Developer to join our Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing CGC solutions, with a strong grasp of Salesforce core products and retail execution processes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CGC solutions for field sales, retail execution, and in-store operations.

-Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to the consumer goods industry.

-Configure and customize Salesforce CGC components, including Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Task Management, and Einstein AI features.

-Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flows.

-Integrate Salesforce CGC with external systems (POS, ERP, Inventory, etc.).

-Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.

-Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and maintain data integrity.

✅ Required Skills:

-6+ years of Salesforce experience including at least 1–2 years in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC).

-Strong knowledge of Retail Execution, Visit Scheduling, and Store Audits.

-Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning is a plus.

-Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Process Builder, Flows, and Integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).

-Familiarity with Einstein AI features and Image Recognition for Shelf Audits (optional but preferred).
