Location: Mumbai - Vikhroli
Experience: 2–3 Years
Industry: Information Technology / IT Services
Mode of Work : Work From Office (5 Days Working)
Note : Should have IT Industry Experience.
Join our growing IT team as a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator. Your role will be crucial in supporting sales operations, facilitating seamless communication between sales, clients, and internal teams, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Proposal & Contract Management-
- Create proposals and renewal/AMC proposals based on client requirements.
- Ensure proposals are aesthetically pleasing and accurate.
- Review and recommend improvements on terms & conditions, value, service, customer details, and documentation for PO execution.
- Coordinate with technical leads and service delivery managers for SOW & attendance details.
- Maintain records of Service Agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, Addendums, SPAs, SDPAs, SBAAs, etc.
Vendor & Order Management
- Supervise vendor registration and contract management processes.
- Track purchase orders (POs) and handle renewals.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Follow up with internal teams, principals, and distributors for delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive records of the sales pipeline, order management, billing, and collection.
Customer AND ResourceCoordination
- Resolve customer queries by coordinating with sales/presales teams.
- Maintain records of resources deployed at client sites.
- Verify data and invoice accordingly.
Sales Support & Administrative Tasks-
- Manage sales team schedules, arranging appointments for demos, collections, etc.
- Track appointments and ensure timely
- Should have experience into Payment Followup
