We are a dynamic and growing federal government contracting firm committed to excellence. About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated BD & Market Research Analyst who has experience working with US Federal client. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, analyzing industry trends, supporting proposal efforts, and expanding our business development pipeline using top-tier government databases and market intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis focused on US Federal government contracting opportunities.
- Must have prior experience with identifying and qualifying leads (RFI/RFP/RFQ) within target agencies and departments.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving federal regulations.
- Hands on with research tools such as SAM.gov, eBuy, GovWin, OS AI, G2Xchange, and CRM platforms to manage insights and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations based on research findings and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with business development teams to provide competitive analysis and market intelligence.
- Interview domain experts to draft proposal sections and support proposal development activities.
- Assist in coordination, writing, and execution of marketing and communications campaigns to promote corporate capabilities.
- Support process improvement initiatives for market research and marketing workflows.
- Identify and coordinate with potential teaming partners based on project requirements.
- Reach out to Government Points of Contact (POCs) to gain insight into upcoming captures.
Expectations :
- Must have 2–4 years of experience in market research, business development, or a related role (In the federal space).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interviewing and presentation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems and federal market research tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
