We are seeking a Workday Senior Analyst to join our innovative Human Capital Products team based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. This team manages the technology that optimizes human capital processes and enables the firm to retain and support our talented staff. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role, you will partner with functional teams and developers to conceptualize solutions that expand and improve our Workday ecosystem and will be responsible for understanding business needs, specifying technical requirements, and implementing agreed priorities. You will also be responsible for enhancing our Workday business processes and reports, troubleshooting issues, and advising on and updating configurations. You will be provided with ample opportunities to partner closely with international colleagues in human capital, business operations, information technology, and software development teams.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Basic qualifications:

 

• A bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years supporting the Workday HCM and Benefits modules
• Expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence modules as well as proficiency in Workday Reporting (including calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards) and familiarity with integration tools (EIBs, Cloud Connectors)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, analytical thinking skills, a dedicated customer service mentality, a knack for rapid problem solving, an aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical systems users into technical requirements, and an ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture (i.e., systems thinking)
• The willingness and ability to dive into details, collaborate effectively with teammates of varying technical knowledge, drive projects to completion, and exercise extreme discretion with confidential information
• Experience in effectively managing internal stakeholders both within and outside their own team
  
   

Preferred qualifications:

 

• Functional Workday experience in both consulting and in-house positions
• Workday Pro or Partner certifications in Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence modules
• Experience with any of Workday Time Tracking/Time Off module, Studio, and Extend
