About the Role:
We’re looking for a Community & Operations Generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities. This is a dynamic, people-facing role ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organised, and passionate about building relationships and executing plans efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing both online and offline events.
- Coordinate with student ambassadors and ensure smooth communication.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of processes.
- Follow up with stakeholders over calls/emails and ensure timely responses.
- Represent the brand professionally and positively in all interactions.
- Take initiative to solve problems and implement effective solutions.
Who You Are:
- A people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys reaching out, building rapport, and representing a brand.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
- Hands-on and proactive, with a strong “figure-it-out” attitude.
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in operations, community management, events, or similar roles.
