Seamless Speciality Groups (SSG) – a dynamic and fast-growing conglomerate – is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand our operations.
We specialize in procuring bulk orders from distilleries for the supply of maize and rice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
If you have a strong track record in B2B sales, strategic planning, and client relationship management—especially within the agri-commodities or distillery supply chain—we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for business development.
- Find out the distilleries for procuring orders
- Identify new clients, distributors, and trade partners for agro commodity categories.
- Drive commercial negotiations, trade agreements, and closing of high-value deals.
- Identifying new distilleries and procuring orders from them for the supply of rice/maize.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with procurement, purchase, logistics, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Should be willing to travel extensively for business development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
- Master’s degree in Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of business development experience in domestic trade, preferably in agro commodities sectors.
- Strong global market knowledge and proven success in closing business deals.
- Strong knowledge in procuring orders for business.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of Language : Hindi is mandatory, English, additional local languages are an added advantage.
