1. Job Summary

As the Head of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances at Syenergy Environics Ltd, you will work with the founders of a company who are pioneers of Health-Tech and Wellness Solutions in the world, and have worked with the biggest names in the country. Doing business with the likes of ITC, Vedanta, GMR, Afcons, Indian Oil, BPCL, HPCL, JSW, DCM Shriram, Blue Star and many others to enhance the wellbeing of individuals and organizations.

 

The Head – Partnerships will play a key role in facilitating the company’s growth, and brand positioning through alliances and collaborations. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key Partners across B2B Industry verticals. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet the company’s revenue and growth targets within the institutional segment.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to support business objectives.
  • Attract, Identify, Evaluate and appoint Re-selling Partners, such as Corporate Gifting Agencies, Franchisees, Service Providers or Material Suppliers to various Industry sectors such as Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, IT, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to align partnership goals with business needs.
  • Monitor and analyse partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective partnership initiatives and expansion strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

 

4. Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, etc.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in partnership management, business development, marketing or strategic alliances.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in any Service industry, Concept selling and driving revenue growth through partnerships is preferred.

7. Location and Travel Requirements

The position is based in North India (Gurgaon). The candidate should be open to travel 6-8 days in a month.

 

8. Salary and Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary: We offer a base salary that exceeds industry standards, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the field with a CTC of INR 30 - 36 Lacs depending upon experience and qualifications.
