We are urgently recruiting for multiple sales positions at Pruvity HR Solutions Private Limited:
🔹 1. Senior Software Sales Executives
📌 Eligibility:
- Graduates with minimum 5 years of experience in software sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
💼 Preferred: Experience in HRM software sales
📌Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for software product sales (especially HRM solutions)
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and online consultations
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports in CRM
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor products
🔹 2. Sales Executives / Telecallers
📌 Eligibility: Candidates with minimum 1 year of sales or telecalling experience
🎯 Fresh, energetic, and target-driven profiles welcome!
📌Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Explain product features and benefits to potential clients over phone/email/WhatsApp
- Schedule product demos and transfer qualified leads to senior sales team
💰 Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA + High Commissions depending upon experience
