🚀 Co-Founder Opportunity – HUMMA (Farm-Fresh Dairy Brand)
About HUMMA:
Humma started as a D2C farm-fresh milk startup and has now evolved into a fast-growing retail dairy brand, focused on pure, preservative-free milk and dairy products. We're building a strong presence in the farm-fresh milk segment across Eastern India through B2B and retail distribution.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic Co-Founder (Operations & Growth) with:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in dairy, FMCG, or any relevant manufacturing/supply chain-intensive industry
- A strong academic background (preferably in Food Tech, Agri, MBA, or Engineering)
- A clear ambition to become an entrepreneur and build a legacy brand
- Hands-on experience in plant operations, supply chain, or distribution
Your Role:
- Lead complete operations: procurement, production, QC, logistics, and distributor scale-up
- Build and lead high-performing teams across verticals
- Be the face of the company, drive decision-making, execution, and expansion
