Join us to reimagine education and fuel grassroots innovation. The Outreach Associate (YTS) will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Young Tinker Space (YTS) programs. This role involves engaging with students, managing hands-on STEM workshops, and ensuring that the learning environment is interactive and impactful.

Responsibilities
- Lead exciting, hands-on STEM sessions at our Young Tinker Space.
- Inspire students to create, build, and innovate.
- Keep tools and materials ready for action.
- Co-create dynamic, student-friendly STEM content.
- Connect with schools and communities to grow our impact.
- Capture stories, feedback, and outcomes.
- Travel occasionally for outreach, school visits, and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication & mentoring skills.
- Experience in STEM workshops (a plus!).
- Confident in managing student groups.
- Open to travel for events & training.
