About CyberMindr

CyberMindr is a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company dedicated to helping organizations reduce cyber risk exposure through intelligent threat insights and continuous external attack surface management. As we scale globally, we’re looking for a Senior HR Manager who can take charge of critical leadership hiring, manage end-to-end HR operations, and build strong organizational systems to support our high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership Hiring & Talent Acquisition

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for VP-level, Product Managers, and other key strategic roles.
  • Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to define hiring plans, JD frameworks, and candidate assessments.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for senior and critical roles through direct sourcing and partnerships.

HR Operations & Payroll

  • Lead and manage Keka HRMS for payroll, compliance, attendance, performance management, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution with adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
  • Maintain meticulous records for compensation, benefits, and employee files in line with data protection standards.

Organizational Development

  • Define and implement scalable HR policies, performance management systems, and cultural initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Lead employee engagement, grievance redressal, retention programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to strategic HR management.
  • Proven experience in executive-level hiring and leading end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Keka HRMS, especially payroll, automation, and compliance modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, SaaS, or technology-driven firms is preferred.
