Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of our Spinny Partners Auction Platform in the field. Your core responsibility will be to build and expand our dealer network by onboarding Used Car Dealerships (UCDs) and enabling them to transact on our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet and build strong relationships with used car dealers.
- Onboard used car dealerships through regular field visits.
- Drive monthly dealer acquisition targets for the platform.
- Generate and manage leads from dealerships and take ownership of the entire cycle.
- Explore offline auctions and coordinate procurement opportunities.
- Ensure 100% data compliance and accuracy for all leads and transactions.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and industry knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, vendor onboarding, or business acquisition in the used car industry.
- Previous experience in field sales and dealership operations is mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A hustler, self-driven and energetic professional who is comfortable with extensive field work.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Background in businesses with classified or marketplace models is preferred.
