🎯 Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales) – Fresher

📍 Location: Chennai


 


 

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our team as Field Sales Executives. In this role, you'll be the face of TeamLease EdTech on the ground, reaching out to potential partners, coaching centers, and institutions to promote our online degree programs and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit coaching centers, colleges, and training institutes to pitch our online degree programs
  • Generate and follow up on leads through field visits and referrals
  • Explain program features, partnership benefits, and address client queries
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth collaboration
  • Report daily activity and progress to the sales manager
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the area


 

Who Can Apply

  • Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from any stream
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable with fieldwork
  • Passionate about sales and building client relationships
  • Willingness to travel within the city on a daily basis
  • Basic understanding of the education sector is a plus, but not mandatory
