Position: Sr. Managing Partner (APC)
Experience: 515 years in Sales (Preference given to Life Insurance professionals)
Salary: 7.50 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives
Job Description Responsibilities
As a Sr. Managing Partner (APC) , you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Associates (BAs) who in turn will recruit and manage agents . Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving life insurance sales by guiding BAs in recruiting and developing agents.
- Training and mentoring agents on a commission-based model.
- Supervising daily activity plans of agents to ensure goal achievement.
- Conducting weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and updating the Sales Management System.
- Motivating agents to participate in Career Progression Programs for internal growth.
- Encouraging usage of Agent Portals and CRMs for efficient customer management and cross-selling.
Experience
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (Life Insurance background strongly preferred)
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any stream
