We are now expanding our partner network and seeking dynamic, entrepreneurial individuals to represent us in key cities across India.


Position Overview:

As a Franchise Partner, you will act as our local representative, owning the responsibility for business development, client management, and regional sales growth. You will be supported by our central team through training, lead generation, and marketing initiatives.

This is a business opportunity — ideal for professionals with a background in sales, consulting, or entrepreneurship who are looking to build a long-term income-generating partnership with a trusted brand.



Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Franchise Expert for your appointed region.

Be the single point of contact for clients, advisors, and the TFI core team in your territory.

Develop, manage, and scale business operations within your city/region.

Drive sales closures for franchise development and advisory services.

Onboard and manage a network of local franchise advisors.

Conduct meetings, attend events, and participate in local brand promotion activities.

Maintain strong relationships with franchise seekers and brand owners.


Support from The Franchise Insiider:

Pre-qualified leads provided at no cost to you.

Full access to our training, systems, and tools.

Central team will conduct offline/online events and support brand campaigns in your territory.

Branding, proposal decks, agreements, and marketing materials will be shared for execution.




Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Advisory roles.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Must be able to allocate full-time commitment to the partnership.

Basic infrastructure like laptop, internet, and phone.

Strong communication skills and a network in the business community is a plus.

Experience in franchise, retail, consulting, or real estate sectors preferred.

Compensation:
