🌟 We're Hiring: Field Coordinator (Palnadu & Prakasam Districts, Andhra Pradesh) 🌟

Jaagruk Bharat is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Coordinator to support the on-ground implementation of our community development projects in the Palnadu and Prakasam districts of Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the execution of project activities at the grassroots level.

Engage with local communities on initiatives related to agricultural schemes, Agricultural DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) schemes, bank loans for farmers, skill development, financial inclusion, and environmental sustainability.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders, to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.

Monitor, document, and report project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fieldwork, community engagement, and working with farmers and financial institutions.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu (local language).

Familiarity with the socio-cultural context of Palnadu and Prakasam districts is highly preferred.

Ability to work independently, manage field operations, and multitask effectively.
