We Are Hiring – Podcast Guest Coordinator

Are you organized, well-spoken, and passionate about connecting with inspiring individuals?
Podcast With Arijit Chakraborty, the world’s No. 1 Bengali-language podcast, is looking for a Guest Relations & Coordination Executive to join our production team.

Your Responsibilities:

Research and approach potential podcast guests

Communicate professionally on behalf of the show

Schedule recording sessions with confirmed guests

Coordinate logistics, pre-interview preparation, and follow-ups

Maintain a structured database of guests and outreach status

Be the bridge between creative vision and execution


What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English

A polite, professional, and persuasive personality

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Experience in coordination, PR, or client management is a plus

Basic knowledge of Google Calendar, Sheets, and email tools


Work Mode:

Remote / Hybrid (flexible as per project need)
Part-time or full-time role, based on candidate's capability
