📌 Role: Area Manager / Team Leader
📍 Locations:- Allahabad, Agra, NCR, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Meerut, Jaipur, Aligarh, Bareilly
💰 CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA + Incentives
📆 Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory)
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader managing an on-roll field sales team
✅ Strong expertise in shrinkage & attrition management
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
✅ Prior insurance industry experience is a plus
✅ Must be fluent in the regional language
✅ Excellent communication & leadership skills
