Job Role:
Sales Executive & Relationship Manager – INDIA & US Clients
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for presenting and demonstrating the company's services, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. We are looking for candidate who will bring new projects, clients and maintain them for the company and increase company’s revenue.

Responsibility Deliverables:
1. Source potential leads & manage them.
2. Get appointment for sales meeting & site visit.
3. Convert clients and bring business.
4. Maintain good professional relationship with clients from start to end.
Experience:
1. Min. 1 – 3 years’ experience in sales for services business.
2. Understand building design and construction practices in India & US.
3. Sales Experience in construction or architecture or civil related industry.
4. Sales Experience in construction/design related company who deals with US projects & clients.
5. Hand on experience with MS Word & Excel.
Qualification Required:
· B.Tech. Civil Engineering/relevant engineering field.
· MBA – Sales & Marketing. (Preferred).
· Very good communication skills.
· Good Speaking & Writing Skill in English.
· Strong written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel within India if required.
· Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
· Sales and business development skills.
· Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
