Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

CPS Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of labor laws, organization compliance, and HR best practices. This role requires someone who can work independently and efficiently manage the entire HR process, from recruitment to exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, including EPF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities as per company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a structured work environment.
• Handle payroll processing, employee benefits, and grievance management.
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and handle audits related to HR.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and performance management.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to address workplace concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, organizational compliance, EPF, ESI, and payroll management.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
