Qlith Innovation Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing IT company offering web development, mobile apps, CRM, LMS, and tech training programs, is looking for smart and enthusiastic MBA graduates to join us as Business Development Executives (BDE). This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in IT sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
• Pitch IT services and training programs to prospective clients (startups, businesses, and students).
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure regular engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Maintain records of leads, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Recent MBA graduate (Marketing/Sales preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to understand client needs and align them with our services.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends is a plus (training will be provided).
• Self-driven and ready to work in a target-oriented environment.
