We are hiring fresh Electrical Engineering graduates as Graduate Trainee Engineers who will undergo structured training and gain practical experience across different functions. Selected candidates will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement as part of our fresher onboarding policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Support the engineering team in project execution, quality control, and fieldwork.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various engineering projects.
• Learn and comply with company standards, safety practices, and policies.

Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Recent graduate – 2023/2024/2025 pass out)
• Strong academic record with sound theoretical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of electrical tools, systems, and safety practices.

• Service Agreement: 2 years (mandatory for freshers)
• Stipend/CTC: 20085ctc
