Krishak Bharati Cooperative Ltd. (KRIBHCO) is a Multi-state Cooperative Society incorporated on 17th April 1980 and is presently registered as a fertilizer production cooperative.
The Fertilizer Plant, located at Hazira (Surat) consists of production capacity of two streams of Ammonia and four streams of Urea. Presently production of Urea is 23.35 lakh MT and Ammonia is 13.88 lakh MT per annum. The net worth of the Society is approx. Rs. 5,311.06 Crores as on March 31st, 2024.

| Bond | GET shall be required to execute a bond to serve KRIBHCO for a period of three years after completion of training. The bond amount will be Rs. 2 lacs for General/ OBC Category and Rs.50,000/- for SC / ST candidates. |

The selected candidate will be imparted on-the-job training for one year in his/her respective discipline. He/she should be willing to work in 24x7 environments in shifts. He/ she will be posted to Plant site, Hazira, Surat, however he/she must be prepared for re-location to Corporate Office, NOIDA as per the requirements of the organization. After successful completion of training, he/she will be absorbed in the services of KRIBHCO as Senior Engineer and will be assigned job responsibility of a particular domain. The job responsibilities can be changed from time to time as per the requirements of the organization to get exposure in all areas of technical discipline. | |
