2. Sports achievement from 01 Apr 2023 or after at International/ Junior or Senior National Championship/ Khelo India Games/ Youth Games/ Khelo India University Games will be considered for the eligibility of a player.

2. Candidates are advised to take the print of the application form on A4 size paper only as per the prescribed format given at the end of the advertisement. Non-standard application forms will be rejected. The application form completed in all respect (signature, thumb impression & affixing photograph alongwith educational and sports achievement documents) are to be submitted on the official address of Army Sports Control Board. Repetition of dak from individual’s address or re-submission of same documents through different address is liable to be rejected. Incomplete application will not be accepted. The selection trial is valid for DIRECT ENTRY HAVILDAR AND NAIB SUBEDAR (SPORTS) INTAKE 04/2025 ONLY. 4. Submission of filled application form shall commence from date of advertisement and will close at 1700h on 15 Jun 2025.

HOW TO APPLY. (a) Application Form. The application form is to be submitted on A4 size paper only as per the given format. Only one application form is to be forwarded, candidates who send more than one application for the same entry will be disqualified. Forms to be downloaded from Internet www.joinindianarmy.nic.in Note. Attesting Officer’s name with office address/seal should be clear and legible. 32. Important Information. The terms & conditions given in this advertisement are subject to change and may therefore be treated as guidelines only. 33. Special Instructions (a) Candidates to produce birth certificate/10th class mark sheet at the time of preliminary document check. (b) Candidates are required to report at the Selection Trials Site by 0600 hours on their respective scheduled dates. Candidates reporting after 0600 hours without appropriate justification will not be permitted to participate in the Selection Trials. Candidate should be clean shaven (Except Sikh Candidate). (c) Personnel e-mail ID and Mobile Number is Must. All important message will be sent to their e-mail ID/Mobile Number like short listed/Call letter/joining instruction/result etc. Sharing of e-mail ID and Mobile Number is not permitted. Remember the User Name and Password for future use. (ASCB will not be responsible for not getting required information if e-mail/ Mobile Number of candidates given is wrong/changed). -11- (d) Candidate must carry their AADHAR Card as proof of identity which could be authenticated biometrically at the Selection Trials Site. Candidates to ensure AADHAR details are matching with the details mentioned in the documents and the Application. (e) Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and DOB must be entered exactly as per Matriculation/10th Class Board Certificate. (f) Candidate must enter contact details and permanent home address exactly as per Domicile/ Nativity/ Permanent Residential Certificate issued by Sub Divisional Magistrate/ District Magistrate. (g) Those not in possession of required documents will not be permitted to participate in the Selection Trials. (h) Recruitment is purely based on merit depending on available vacancies. Candidates do not have any right to claim recruitment in Army for merely having passed in recruitment process. (j) Candidates not in possession of requisite certificates are liable for rejection.
