How to Apply: (i) के वल ऑनलाइन आवेदन ह� स्वीकार �कए जाएंगे। कोई भी ऑफलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार नह�ं �कया जाएगा। आवेदन सह� तर�के से जमा करने पर, उम्मीदवार� को उनके पंजीकृत ई-मेल पते पर एक सट�क आवेदन प्र�त प्राप्त होगी। Only online applications will be accepted. No offline applications will be accepted. On correct submission of the application, candidates shall receive an exact application copy on their registered e-mail address. (ii) उम्मीदवार� अपने पंजीकृत ई-मेल पर प्राप्त उक्त आवेदन पत्र का �प्र ंटआउट लेकर उसक� एक प्र�त समस्त प्रमाण पत्र� के साथ पंजीकृत/स्पीड पोस्ट से �नयत �त�थ के पू वर् अधोहस्ता�र� को भेज द�। Candidates should take a printout of the said application received on their registered email and send a copy along with all testimonials to the undersigned before the due date by Registered/Speed post. (iii) आवेदन क� �प्रंट कॉपी �नम्न�ल�खत पते पर पहुंचनी चा�हए The Print Copy of application should reach the following address Latest by 30.06.2025 : Registrar, Institute of Physics, P.O. Sainik School Bhubaneswar – 751005, Odisha. (iv) पर��ा के �लए एड�मट काडर् जार� करने से �नयुिक्त का कोई अ�धकार नह�ं �मलेगा। �नयुिक्त के वल पात्रता क� सभी शत� को पू रा करने पर �नभर्र होगी। Issuance of an admit-card for the examination will not confer any right for appointment. Appointment will be solely subject to the fulfillment of all eligibility conditions. (v) उम्मीदवार� को संस्थान द्वारा द� गई जानकार� के अनु सार लेवल-2 पर��ा से पहले दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के �लए उपिस्थत होने के समय �नम्न�ल�खत प्रमाणपत्र� क� स्वयं सत्या�पत प्र�तय� के साथ मू ल प्रमाण पत्र लाने ह�गेThe Candidates are required to bring original certificates along with self-attested copies of following certificates at the time of appearing for document verifications before Level-2 test on as per the information given by the Institute. a. नवीनतम पासपोटर् आकार का रंगीन फोटो (दो ) Recent passport size colored photograph (2 nos.). b. आयु प्रमाण हेतु प्रमाण पत्र (एसएससी/10वीं पास)। Certificate for the proof of Age (SSC/10th pass). c. शै��णक योग्यता का प्रमाण. Proof of Education Qualification. d. पीडब्ल्यू डी श्रेणी के प्रमाण का वैध प्रमाण पत्र। Valid certificate of Proof of PWD Category. e. जा�त प्रमाण पत्र Caste Certificate. f. कोई अन्य प्रासं�गक प्रमाण पत्र (य�द कोई हो) Any other relevant certificate (if any). g. व्यिक्तगत सत्यापन के �लए मू ल फोटो पहचान प्रमाण (आधार काडर्, ईपीआईसी, पैन काडर्, ब�क पास बु क या कोई अन्य सरकार� आईडी काडर्) Photo Identity Proof in original for personal verification (Aadhar Card, EPIC, PAN Card, Bank Pass Book or any other Govt. ID Card ).
