Application Procedure a) 1) The candidate can apply for more than one post (Maximum 03 departments) out of the enlisted Departments as mentioned above separately but, they have to apply separately for different posts/Departments. However, the candidate will have to deposit application fee separately for each post. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the Interview. Application fees once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances. b) Candidates who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria must apply through online mode only by visiting Website: aiimsbhubaneswar.nic.in (under Recruitment > Recruitment Notice> Online Recruitment). Failing which, the application/s will be rejected and No further communication will be entertained. c) The applicants shall upload the scanned copies of the following original certificates to online form mentioned above: i. Identity Proof (PAN Card/ Passport/Driving Licence/Voter Card/Aadhar Card etc.,) ii. Address Proof (Passport/Driving License/Voter Card/Aadhar Card etc.,) iii. Certificate showing Date of Birth (10th Certificate/ Birth Certificate). iv. Class 12th Certificate. v. MBBS Mark Sheets & Certificates. vi. Internship Completion Certificate. vii. ECFMGE Certificate conducted by MBE (For Foreign Medical Graduate). viii. Registration with MCI / State Medical Council. ix. Experience Certificate (copy of completion of Internship) x. Reservation category Certificate (OBC / SC / ST / PH) (Candidate should belong to non-creamy layer of Central List of OBC). xi. The Orthopaedic Physical Handicapped (OPH) certificate should be issued by a duly constituted Medical Board of the State or Central Government Hospitals / Instruction. xii. All candidates, who want to avail benefit of reservation / age relaxation / exemption of fee, should enclose a copy of certificate issued by competent authority in support of their claim for reservation/exemption of fee and relaxation of age.
