भार् – 5 / Part – 5 आवेदन प्रतक्रया / How to apply 1. केवल ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमतंिि तकए जािेह।ैंआवेदन के तकसी भी अन्य प्रकार को स्वीकार नहीं तकया जाएर्ा। आवेदकों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने के तलए वेबसाइट पर तदए र्ए तनदेिों को ध्यानपवूगक पढनेकी सलाह दी जािी ह।ै योग्य आवेदकों को https://recruitment.nbri.res.in वेबसाइट पर जाकर अथवा रा.व.अ.सं. की वेबसाइट https://nbri.res.in पर उपलधध 'Advertisement No.01/2025' तलंक पर जाकर ONLINE आवेदन करना आवश्यक है। Only online application is invited. No other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions given on the website for filling the online application. Eligible Candidates are required to apply ONLINE by accessing the website https://recruitment.nbri.res.in or by accessing the Advertisement No.01/2025 link available on NBRI Website https://nbri.res.in. 48 | P a g e 2. ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रतक्रया के तलए कृपया उपयगक्तु वेबसाइट पर उपलधध ‘How-to-apply Online’ तनदेि, ‘Fee Payment Procedure’ िथा ‘Application Replica’ देखें। For online application process please refer “How-to-apply Online” instructions, ‘Fee Payment Procedure’ and ‘Application Replica’ available on the above-mentioned website. 3. आवेदन को तनम्नतलतखि िार अलर्-अलर् िरणों में जमा तकया जाना है: - i. पोटगल पंजीकरण (ऑनलाइन)। ii. आवेदन जमा करना (‘सबतमट’ बटन दबाने के बाद, आवेदक का आवेदन लॉक हो जािा है)। iii. िल्ुक भर्ुिान (ऑनलाइन) जब िल्ुक मेंछूट नहीं है। ऐसेमामलों मेंजब िक िल्ुक सेछूट दी जािी है िो यह िरण छोड़ तदया जायेर्ा। iv. अतंिम आवेदन पि डाउनलोड करें। The application is to be submitted in four distinct steps, as below: - i. Portal Registration (online). ii. Submission of application (After the ‘Submit’ Button is pressed, then the application for the Candidate is locked). iii. Fee payment (online)when fee is not exempted. In case, fee is exempted then this step shall be skipped. iv. Download the final application. 4. यतद आवेदक के पास वैध ईमेल आईडी नहीं है, िो उन्हें ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने से पहले एक नई वैध ईमेल आईडी बनानी िातहए िथा इसेपरूेभिी प्रतक्रया केदौरान उस ईमेल आईडी को सतक्रय रखना िातहए। आवेदकों को अपनी सही ईमेल आईडी ऑनलाइन आवेदन पि में भरनी िातहए । If the Candidate does not have a valid e-mail ID., he/she should create a new valid e-mail ID before applying online and this email ID should be kept active during the entire recruitment process. They must fill in their correct e-mail ID in the online application. 5. आवेदकों को अपनेहातलया पासपोटगसाइज रंर्ीन फोटोग्राफ, हस्िाक्षर (jpeg प्रारूप में, अतधकिम 50 KB) िथा संबंतधि प्रमाणपिों की पठनीय िथा स्पि स्कै न की र्ई प्रति (pdf प्रारूप में, अतधकिम आकार 1 MB) ऑनलाइन आवेदन में तनतदगि स्थान पर अपलोड करनी होर्ी। फोटोग्राफ/ हस्ििर अपलोड करने के बाद, आवेदकों को यह सतुनतश्चि करना िातहए तक छतवयांस्पि हैंिथा सही ढंर् से अपलोड की र्ई हैं। यतद फोटोग्राफ/ हस्िाक्षर िथा संबतन्धि प्रमाण पिों की स्कैन की र्ई प्रतियाँस्पि रूप से तदखाई नहीं दे रहेहैं, िो आवेदक अपने आवेदन को संिोतधि करके आवेदन पि जमा करने से पहलेपनुः अपलोड कर सकिेह।ैंअवयक्त िथा अपठनीय दस्िावेज़ों के साथ प्रस्ििु तकए र्ए आवेदन को अस्वीकृि तकया जा सकिा ह।ैऐसी अस्वीकृति के तखलाफ कोई भी प्रत्यावेदन स्वीकार नहीं तकया जाएर्ा। Candidates are required to upload their recent passport-size color photograph, signature (in jpeg format, maximum size 50 KB each), and also the legible and readable scanned relevant certificates (in pdf format, maximum size 1 MB each) at the specified place in the online application. After uploading the photograph/signature, candidates should check that the images are clear and have been uploaded correctly. In case the photograph or signature is not clearly visible, the candidate may edit their application and reupload their photograph or signature before final submission of the online application. Applications submitted with illegible and unreadable documents are liable to be rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained. 49 | P a g e 6. तजन बोडों/तवश्वतवद्यालयों/संस्थाओं द्वारा सीजीपीए/एसजीपीए/ओजीपीए/डीजीपीए/सीपीआई ग्रडे्स आतद प्रदान तकए जािे हैं, आवेदकों को इन्हें संबतन्धि बोडग/तवश्वतवद्यालय/संस्थान द्वारा तनधागररि फॉमगलूा के आधार पर प्रतिििों में पररवतिगि करना आवश्यक है। इस तस्थति में आवेदक को बोडग/तवश्वतवद्यालय/संस्था द्वारा जारी सीजीपीए/एसजीपीए/ओजीपीए/डीजीपीए/सीपीआई ग्रडे्स आतद को प्रतिििों में पररवतिगि करने का फॉमगलूा, ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अपलोड करना अतनवायग है। Candidates who have received CGPA/SGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI grades, etc., from Boards / Universities / Institutes are required to convert the same into percentages based on the formula prescribed by the respective Board/University/Institute. In such cases, the candidate must upload the conversion formula for CGPA/SGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI grades, etc., into percentages issued by the Board / University / Institute in the online application. 7. एक बार आवेदन पि जमा हो जाने के बाद, तकसी भी तववरण मेंबदलाव/सधुार केतलए अनरुोध तकसी भी पररतस्थति मेंस्वीकार नहीं तकया जाएर्ा। Request of change/correction in any particulars in the application form, once submitted, will not be entertained under any circumstances. 8. यतद अभ्यथी एक से अतधक पोस्ट कोड के तलए आवेदन करना िाहिे हैं, िो प्रत्येक पोस्ट कोड के तलए अलर्-अलर् ऑनलाइन फॉमग भरना होर्ा, सम्बि दस्िावेज़ संलग्न करनेहोंर्ेऔर (यतद लार्ूहो) िल्ुक जमा करना होर्ा। तकसी भी आवेदक द्वारा एक से अतधक आवेदन पिनहीं प्रस्ििु तकया जाना िातहए। यतद एक सेअतधक आवेदन तकए जािेह, ैंिो केवल नवीनिम वैध (पणग) आवे ू दन पि को ही स्वीकार तकया जाएर्ा िथा अन्य कई पंजीकरणों केतलए भर्ुिान की र्ई आवेदन िल्ुक/सिूना िल्ुक तकसी भी पररतस्थति में वापस नहीं की जाएर्ी, हालाँतक पोस्ट कोड A01012025 और A02012025 केतलए अभ्यतथगयों को एक ही संयक्तु आवेदन करना है, तजसमें वे दोनों पदों के तलए अपनी वरीयिा क्रम दिागएँर्े, और इन दो पोस्ट कोड के तलए एक ही आवेदन िल्कु देय होर्ा। In case an applicant wants to apply for more than one post code, he/she shall require to fill the forms separately for each post code along with the supporting documents and application fee, if applicable. Not more than one application should be submitted by any Candidate for each post code. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/ intimation charges paid for the other multiple registration(s) will stand forfeited. However, for the post-codes A01012025 and A02012025, candidates must submit a single application, indicating their order of preference for these two posts within the same form. Single application fee will be applicable for the post-codes A01012025 and A02012025. 9. तलतखि परीक्षा / रेड टेस्ट / प्रवीणिा परीक्षा आतद के तलए ई-एडतमट काडग / रोल नंबर जारी तकए जाएंर्े। एडतमट काडगडाउनलोड करनेकी सुतवधा संस्थान की वेबसाइट पर उपलधध होर्ी। e-Admit Cards/Roll Nos. will be issued for the Written Examination / Trade Test / Proficiency Test, etc. The facility to download the Admit Card will be made available on the Institute's website. 10. तनम्नतलतखि दस्िावेज़ (पठनीय तस्थति में) ऑनलाइन आवेदन पि के तप्रंट-आउट के साथ आवेदक के पास सदैव िैयार रहने िातहए िथा संस्थान द्वारा जब भी आवश्यकिाहो, इन्हेंप्रस्ििु तकया जाना िातहए। The following documents (legible) must be kept ready with the Candidate along with the physical/hard copy (print-out) of online application form and to be submitted as & when required by the institute: - (i) जन्म तितथ प्रमाण पि (आयुके समथगन मेंमतैरकुलेिन अथवा समकक्ष योग्यिा का प्रमाण पि) की स्व-प्रमातणि फोटोकॉपीI Self-attested photocopy of proof for Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation or equivalent certificate for age proof). (ii) िैतक्षक योग्यिा केप्रमाण पिएवंअकं पि की स्व-प्रमातणि फोटोकॉपी । Self-attested photocopies of educational qualification certificates and mark sheets. 50 | P a g e (iii) जाति प्रमाण पि/आतथगक रूप सेकमज़ोर वर्गप्रमाण पि/ तदवयांर्जन प्रमाण पि / मतहला आयुछूट संबंधी प्रमाण पि / एक्स सतवगसमैन प्रमाण पि / अन्य प्रमाण पि(यतद कोईहो) (जहाँलार्ूहो) की स्व-प्रमातणि फोटोकॉपी । Self-attested photocopy of caste certificate/ EWS certificate/ PWD certificate/ Women seeking age relaxation/Ex-Serviceman / others, if applicable. (iv) अनापतत्त प्रमाण पि / उतिि माध्यम द्वारा आवेदन, यतद लार्ूहो । No objection certificate (NOC) / Through Proper channel, if applicable. (v) आवेदन मेंतकए र्एदावेकेसमथगन मेंकोई अन्य प्रासंतर्क प्रमाण पि, जैसा लार्ूहो । Any other relevant certificate in support of the claim made in the application, as applicable
