- Fill the form completely in your own handwriting.
- Attach self-attested copies of your educational certificates (10th onwards), caste certificate (if applicable), and other required documents.
- Bring original documents and a passport-size photo on the day of the interview.
- If you are working in any Government/PSU/Autonomous Body, bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Reach the venue by 08:30 AM; applications will be accepted till 10:00 AM.
