Brief Description
Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 314 permanent posts of Assistant Professor (Board Speciality) in Government MCHs. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online on or before 26-06-2025 , after making sure that they meet the concerned eligibility criteria.

The written examination will consist of a total of 200 marks, comprising 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question will carry one mark and will be evaluated through an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) system. The total duration of the examination will be 3 hours. For every correct answer, one (01) mark will be awarded. There will be a negative marking system in place; for each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. No marks will be given or deducted for questions that are left unattempted.
The examination aims to assess the candidates' knowledge and understanding through objective-type questions. The qualifying marks for the written examination will be determined by the competent authority and may vary based on category, level of competition, or other relevant factors. Candidates are advised to attempt the questions carefully, keeping in mind the negative marking scheme.
