Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and successfully undergo the these stages of selection:
Written / OMR / Online Test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a written examination, which may be in the form of a descriptive test, OMR-based objective test, or an online examination, depending on the post applied for. The syllabus and pattern will vary as per the qualification required for each post.

Interview / Skill Test (if applicable): For certain posts, candidates who qualify the written examination may be called for an interview or a skill test/trade test, especially for technical and instructor-level positions.
The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the examination and other applicable stages, subject to verification of documents and eligibility. A ranked list will be prepared for each category based on merit.
